We had a christmas yesterday because it was cold and felt like christmas.
So obviously we cooked for 3hrs.

In no particular order… Best sushi in Petone, worst sushi in Petone, man that keeps looking at me funny, miniature sleeping bags (amazing!!!), biggest burger baps I’ve ever seen, another view of our beautiful house.

On the move

Well, we moved into a beautiful new home. That view of Wellington is at the end of the road, less than 5mins away. That coffee was delicious and about 15mins walk.
So. What more do we need?
One day, I might even walk for 20mins, I’ll probably find something incredible!!
(Note: 20mins away is pak’n’save and I shan’t be taking photos of that, just colour in a sheet of A4 with yellow and black crayons if you want to know what it looks like)

Forgot the scotch!

I’m sure I tried to post this and it failed, and then I forgot about it.
What do you get when you cross haggis and black pudding with a scotch egg??…..

Lime and coriander sauce

We decided to continue filling ourselves with fat as Auckland is pretty American.
I went with some of my usual choices and then all the flavours not available in the uk (not at my last subway visit anyway).
Therefore, behold;

Roasted garlic bread
Moroccan lamb
Avocado
Lettuce
Tomato
Cucumber
Green pepper
Olives
Jalapeño
Chipotle southwest sauce
Lime and coriander sauce
Plus a bit of pepper for seasoning.

It was good, I urge you to try it…
